On Wednesday, February 5, we joyfully celebrated World Read Aloud Day with the help of volunteer readers from the community. A wide-ranging group of public officials, firefighters, police officers, judges, administrators, teachers, staff, students, and family members visited elementary classrooms to share their love of reading.
Westorchard celebrated World Read Aloud Day with Mystery Readers in every grade, bringing stories to life for our students. We know very well that read-alouds spark a passion for reading.
